The staff here are especially helpful and the location is absolutely perfect, just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the Notting Hill Gate tube station.

Cleanliness. Locality is quite and can sleep well without disturbance.
Single Bathroom can cause waiting time. Staircase is narrow especially if your room is on the top floor (4th).

Friendly Staff. Very good location. This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for, ideal if all you want is somewhere to sleep between sight seeing/shopping.
No tea/coffee making facilities in bedroom.

Nice friendly staff, reasonably priced accommodation for central london. Well serviced and clean rooms with basic facilities. Ideal if you just want basic, clean accommodation for a visit to london where you are out and about most of the day anyway.

The staff was super-friendly and always available. the location is fantastic, it's just off a very nice area, with a great pub across the street and very nice restaurants nearby. It's also only a 15-minute walk to the lake.

Good Location. Basic accommodation, serves its purpose. We used this hotel as a base for sleeping only. Female staff members were more than helpful, the males "not so much".
Basic Accommodation. Bed not comfortable, bathroom does not have a proper window curtain or shield to stop outsiders looking in, ok we were up a few flights but I get paranoid. Shower is like a portacabin, one notch too many and your scalded wheras one too little and your frozen. No tea making facilities. I felt it was expensive for what we got but hey I realise this is London.

The Kensington Court Hotel in Notting Hill is in a great location near Hyde Park and many restaurants and amenities. the king room had a comfortable bed and included coffee, a kettle, and storage. the garden view was lovely, and the staff were very helpful and responsive. I especially liked how close it was to Queen Caroline's Temple, just a 5-minute walk away. Overall, it was a nice stay for my business trip.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
